2. Definitions

  • "Customer" refers to the individual or entity using our services.

3. Eligibility

To rent an RV or use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 25 years old.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Provide proof of insurance, if required.
  • Have a valid credit card for security deposits and payments.

4. Rental Terms

4.1 Booking & Payment

  • Reservations must be made through our website or by contacting our team.
  • A deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Full payment must be made before picking up the RV.
  • We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods.

4.2 Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.
  • The deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after the return of the RV, provided there are no damages or violations of the rental agreement.

4.3 Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 14 days before pickup qualify for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 7-14 days of pickup are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations less than 7 days before pickup are non-refundable.

4.4 RV Pickup & Return

  • Customers must pick up and return the RV at the agreed-upon location and time.
  • Late returns will incur an additional late fee.
  • The RV must be returned with a full fuel tank and in clean condition.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Do not operate the RV under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • Use the RV for personal travel purposes only (no commercial use or illegal activities).
  • Do not exceed the allowed mileage limit without prior approval.
  • Keep the RV clean and free from excessive wear and tear.
  • Report any damages or malfunctions immediately.

6. Prohibited Uses

Customers may not:

  • Allow unregistered drivers to operate the RV.
  • Transport hazardous materials or illegal substances.
  • Use the RV for racing, towing, or off-road driving.
  • Modify, alter, or tamper with the RV in any way.

7. Insurance & Liability

  • Customers must have valid RV rental insurance.
  • RV Northwest is not responsible for personal belongings left in the RV.
  • In case of an accident, the customer must notify local authorities and our company immediately.
  • Customers are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.

8. Maintenance & Repairs

  • Customers should perform basic checks, such as tire pressure and fluid levels.
  • Any necessary repairs must be approved by RV Northwest before proceeding.
  • Unauthorized repairs will not be reimbursed.

9. Termination of Rental Agreement

RV Northwest reserves the right to terminate a rental agreement if:

  • A customer violates any of these terms.
  • The RV is used in a manner that poses a safety risk.
  • Payment is not completed or the credit card is declined.

10. Website Use

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Not engage in hacking, phishing, or illegal activities.
  • Not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.
  • Accept that all information is provided "as is" without warranties.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RV Northwest harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from:

  • Accidents or injuries during rental use.
  • Violations of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Loss or damage to personal property.

13. Limitation of Liability

RV Northwest is not liable for:

  • Unexpected mechanical failures during rental use.
  • Costs arising from trip interruptions due to breakdowns.
  • Personal injury, theft, or loss of items.
  • Any indirect or consequential damages.

14. Force Majeure

RV Northwest is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to:

  • Natural disasters (hurricanes, floods, wildfires, etc.)
  • Acts of government or legal restrictions
  • Unforeseen events beyond our control
